Refund policy

• We take numerous quality steps to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your purchase carefully upon delivery.

• All customers must measure the space where the furniture will be placed, including doorways and hallways to ensure it fits. Atlantic Fine Furnitures is not responsible for merchandise fitting.

• To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and meet the following criteria:
  1. The item must be in new, unused condition.
  2. All accessories and parts must be securely packed in the original packaging. If the original packaging was removed during White Glove Delivery, repack in a manner that prevents damage during return handling.

• Liquidation items, Clearance items, Special Order items (anything not in our showroom), and Custom Orders are final sale and cannot be returned, except if delivered damaged (in which case, exchange only is available).

• Please note that return pick-up fees might apply.

• All online orders are final, Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable, and non-refundable after 72 hours from the time the order was placed.

• Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
• Refunds or credits will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), with taxes refunded according to state law.
• Financing, loan, credit card, and layaway fees, interest, and charges are not refundable.
• Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping or pick-up fees may apply.
• Refunds or credits will generally reflect on your payment method within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned items.
